PPT演示的10/20/30法则

如果有人让你在准备演讲的PPT的时候只能用不小于30点的大字体，你是不是觉得他疯了？不过这正是风险投资家盖川崎（Guy Kawasaki）的建议。

Guy Kawasaki是个活跃的VC，之前曾是Apple的员工并创立过多家公司，现任风险投资公司Garage.com的CEO，而且写过多本畅销的商业书籍。

作为一个日常接触许多创业者以及他们的商业计划书和演示的VC，他建议在准备PPT的时候应该遵循10/20/30法则。具体而言就是：演示文件不超过10页，演讲时间不超过20分钟，演示使用的字体不小于30点(30 point)。

10页：不要用很多的内容来使你的PPT显得很充实，10页足已，太多的内容让人更无法记住重点。而如果你是写给VC，Guy Kawasaki建议可以写下面的10个要点：

问题
你的解决方案
商业模式
关键技术
市场推广计划
竞争
团队
业务预测及里程碑
现状及时间表
总结
20分钟：虽然你可能有1个小时的时间，但你安装投影可能就会需要很多时间，而你的观众可能会迟到，可能会早退，何况与听众的互动与问答时间非常重要，所以只说20分钟时间是个明智的选择，而且听众往往对于超过20分钟的演讲会分心和感到厌倦。

30点字体：30点字体的话，在一页PPT里可放不下多少字。不过Guy Kawasaki认为使用大字体写更少的内容除了能够让听众看得更清晰之外，更重要的是这能够让你认真思考自己需要写出来的主要观点是什么，并能够更好地围绕这个关键点进行阐述和解释。

其实这个法则用一个词来概括我觉得就是简洁，只是我想大多数的人都会觉得写得越多，内容越丰富，看起来就越有力，其实我也这样想，呵呵。不过我现在也在尝试改变自己的一些习惯，将更丰富的数据、论据等内容作为附件，而让正文变得直接和简洁。
