前几天从当当订了17本书，很多都是关于互联网、管理、营销、品牌方面的书，也订了一本休闲读物，因为介绍说可以减压，还有很深的管理寓意，看到这种经济又实惠而且复合型的书，就买了下来。
今天百无聊赖之际，偶然的抽起了这本叫做《给你自己一分钟》的休闲读物，仅仅看到封皮的一行小字，就令我颤动了，“你在忙忙碌碌的生活中，迷失自己了吗？”
也许是最近项目的发展，事情很多，少有闲暇的时间，去思考生活的乐趣，突然觉得丰富多彩的生活对于我来说，成了一种奢侈品。有的时候许多时间除了工作在外，也许就在电脑前发呆，或者漫无目的的寻找，我感觉自己，就像那句话所说的，迷失了自己。
看到书中的故事，也让我若有所思，让我浮躁的心，稍事安稳下来。很喜欢里的一句话：“保持内心的愉悦是获得和享受生活中一切东西的最好、最简单的方法，实际上也是唯一的方法”。
看了前面的一部分，突然很想写点什么，但又不知道如何去写，就像有些道理，只可意会不可言传。
多给自己一分钟，停下来去思考，审视自己，无论是工作，还是生活。保持内心的愉悦，善待了自己，也就善待了别人。
向山峰行进的路上，别忘了看看周围的风景，其实快乐的生活也是工作的一部分。
关注社会化营销、社区口碑、Web2.0商业，记录学习的过程，分享实践的经验...
